Description
Mercedes-Benz C 180 d — demo vehicle, fully inspected and certified.
The C-Class (W205) — the compact Mercedes that does premium comfort and refinement brilliantly.
The W205 brought big-car comfort, luxury and tech down to the compact executive class, with efficient petrol, diesel and plug-in-hybrid engines.
Upgrades
- Lighter and more efficient than the W204
- S-Class-inspired luxury and refinement in a compact package
- Modern COMAND/MBUX infotainment and digital instruments
- A wide range of efficient engines
Fixes
- The W204’s dated interior — the W205 feels genuinely premium
- Better ride comfort and refinement
- Lower running costs thanks to efficient engines
- More standard safety and driver-assist tech
Engine & drivetrain
The diesel range runs from the frugal 1.6-litre (C180d) to the superb 2.0-litre (C220d). The 2.0-litre diesel is a proven big-mileage engine and the automatic suits it perfectly.
Comfort & refinement
The calm ride, hushed cabin and quality materials make the W205 feel like a smaller S-Class. It’s one of the most comfortable and refined cars in its class.
